My next door neighbor was putting her house on the market, and one day when I pulled down the street, the for sale sign was on her front yard.

I walked over took picture of the realtors name and number and called. I knew within seconds of talking with Stefanie, that she was the realtor I wanted. I did not need to look any further! "When it came time to put my moms house on the market, I knew exactly who to call- Stef. Aside from her offering help with the clean out of the house, connecting us with cleaners, and dumpster companies in the area, she made the entire process beyond easy. She was in constant communication with my family about showings, offers and checking in to see how we were doing. She was professional, knowledgeable and made the deal exceptionally bittersweet. There’s no one I wouldn’t recommend Stef to and am beyond thankful for her expertise and help during what many find to be a difficult process."

"Gosh I don’t even know where to start… Stefanie was recommended to me by a mutual friend when a rental property of mine was completely destroyed from to bottom. I was literally so upset I didn’t know how I was ever going to get out of the mess that was left. I thought there was no way I would ever get it fixed and sold. Well when Stefanie stepped in she made me feel like WE were not only going to get the property fixed in a short amount of time but we were going to sell it and make that money back and then some. She was with me every step of the way so much so she offered up some of her own personal time to help me get the property ready for sale…Stefanie made the entire process seamless and was such a positive light in such a horrible moment in my life.
